WHERE CAN I BOOK AT THE BEST PRICE?

On the hotel website or by telephone, we always guarantee you the best price.

WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT SCHEDULED?

Check-in is at lunchtime. on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out available upon request for an additional fee.

IF I ARRIVE AFTER MIDNIGHT, WILL ANYONE BE THERE?

Yes, the concierge desk is open 24 hours a day.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY THE BILL UPON ARRIVAL? HOW CAN I PAY?

Certainly, as requested by the guest. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, cheque, money order, bank transfer and/or postal transfer in advance.

CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?

Yes, cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival at the hotel, with the option of recovering the amount paid during a future stay.

HOW MANY FLOORS DOES THE BUILDING HAVE? ARE THERE LIFTS?

The hotel has eight floors, with the reception, lobby, bar, breakfast veranda and completely renovated outdoor wooden terrace located on the ground floor. The restaurant is on the first floor, with the rooms located on the other floors. There is an internal lift that can accommodate up to six people or wheelchairs up to 80 cm wide.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE BALCONIES?

Yes, all rooms have balconies overlooking the sea.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE TELEVISIONS?

Yes, each room has a satellite television with international channels.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE DIRECT DIALLING TELEPHONES? IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS?

Yes. The Wi-Fi internet connection is fast, reliable and available free of charge throughout the hotel.

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM?

All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.

IS PARKING OR A GARAGE AVAILABLE?

There are three types of parking available:
UNDERGROUND CAR PARK, upon reservation and subject to availability for a maximum of 10 cars. Height 2.50 metres. Entrance in front of the hotel. The underground car park is closed by a gate with an automatic card.
COVERED PARKING IN THE SQUARE, parking space to be reserved if available, protected by an awning in front of the hotel entrance. Maximum 5 cars, height 2.50 metres.
OUTDOOR PARKING WITHIN THE HOTEL PREMISES, uncovered, for 10 cars, subject to reservation and availability, within the hotel premises, closed with barriers and monitored by CCTV cameras.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE SPA? IS IT EASY TO GET THERE?

Hotel Margareth is less than 2 km from Riccione Thermal Baths. Behind the hotel, bus line 11 runs every 7 minutes from early morning. You can get off directly at the entrance to the thermal baths.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE RAILWAY STATION? HOW CAN I GET TO YOU?

The hotel is 800 metres from the train station, located right in the centre of Riccione. Bus line 11 along the coast or circular bus line 43 will take you to the hotel, stop 46. Hotel transfer available at very favourable rates.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING PETS TO THE HOTEL?

Yes, only small to medium-sized animals at a daily rate of €10.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A PACKED LUNCH?

Of course, we carefully prepare packed lunches with sandwiches, fruit, dessert and water. Cold pasta or rice can be provided on request.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED IN ROOMS WITH MINIBARS?

The minibar is always stocked with still and sparkling water, which are included only in the All-inclusive Beach package.

IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Yes, in your room you will find a bag for dirty laundry, which you can hand in directly at reception.
