Ours is a demanding choice, based on daily research and the freshest supplies, which gives us great satisfaction.

We focus on locally sourced products, grown, reared and produced in the Romagna region. Fruit, vegetables and legumes come from the hills of our hinterland; the fish we offer is always fresh, in compliance with any fishing bans; while the meat comes exclusively from local farms.

The menus offer meat and fish dishes every day. Special attention is paid to people who are gluten intolerant, vegans and those with food intolerances, while maintaining the quality and pursuit of excellence that sets us apart.

Our pastry shop will surprise you with a delicious dessert buffet at lunch and dinner.
Every morning, you will wake up to a special sweet and savoury breakfast buffet, served in our bright veranda or in the cool garden facing the sea.
